Dispatch
Orders are crafted, quality-checked and dispatched from the PARADELLE atelier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Charges & free shipping
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,500. Orders of ₹1,500 or more ship free, anywhere we deliver in India. The exact shipping charge is always displayed on the cart page and re-confirmed at checkout — before you pay. There are no handling surcharges, and nothing additional is collected at delivery.
Transit times
Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch. All other serviceable pin codes: 3–7 business days. Remote locations may occasionally take longer; tracking will always show the current status.
Temperature protection
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. Every parcel ships in insulated, temperature-protective packaging; food-grade cool packs are added automatically in warm months at no cost to you. Please bring parcels indoors promptly after delivery.
Delays & support
If your tracking has not moved for more than 4 business days, write to us at hello@paradelle.store with your order number and we will investigate with the courier immediately.
